We would like to make cleaning process as comfortable as it is possible for You. Thus, You can customize your own cleaning plan for your home. It can include cleaning of all rooms, including toilets, bath, kitchen, mirrors, and internal glass surfaces.

ALL ROOMS
- Dust all accessible horizontal surfaces (window sills, tables, shelving, fixtures, table and wall lamps, etc.)
- All floors vacuum cleaned; hard floors washed
- Stains removed from doors, door frames, light switches
- TV, telephones, computers dusted
- Upholstered furniture vacuumed (cushions not lifted)
- Picture frames wiped
KITCHEN (besides "all rooms")
- Kitchen tables wiped
- Kitchen sinks cleaned and descaled
- Wipe tables, chairs and furniture surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and washed
- Coffee machine, kettle wiped outside
- Cabinet doors, refrigerator wiped outside
TOILETS / BATHROOMS (in addition to "all rooms")
- Hand-basins washed
- Toilet seats and basins cleaned and descaled
- Water taps and mirrors cleaned and descaled
- Shower cabinet/bathtub and faucets/shower heads cleaned and descaled
- Floors vacuumed and washed
OTHER, once a month
- All floor panels and radiators dusted
- Cleaning up to 190 cm height
- Extra tasks (refrigerator interior, oven, windows) available upon request
Frequently asked questions
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes. We assign a dedicated cleaner to your home from day one. That means you don't have to explain the job again, and the quality stays the same week after week.
How long does a visit take?
It depends on the size of your home and how thorough you want us to be. We typically plan 2–3 hours for an 80 m² apartment on a regular schedule. The exact time is agreed after Elisabeth's free home visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we bring all cleaning products, mops, cloths and vacuum bags. You do not need to have anything ready. If you prefer we use specific products (e.g. for allergies or a particular surface), we will use yours instead.
How often do you recommend cleaning?
Every 2 weeks is the most chosen interval among our regular customers — it keeps the home tidy without feeling excessive. Busy homes with kids or pets often choose weekly. Monthly combined with a deep clean a couple of times a year is also an option.
Can I pause if I travel?
Yes. There is no binding period at Fokus. You can pause, change frequency or cancel your plan at any time — no fees and no notice period. Just let us know a few days in advance.
Does this qualify for the Danish service deduction?
Yes. Private home cleaning is fully covered under the 2026 servicefradrag (up to DKK 18,300 per person). We automatically report your payments to SKAT, so you don't have to remember.
